To break covenants with the spirit that troubles you first of all, you must have accepted Jesus Christ has your personal Lord and saviour, after which you must have also confessed your sins and have given your life to Jesus Christ. If you have not, do it now.
Secondly, you can call in a minister of God who believes and practices deliverance to minister to you by calling the names of the various spirits as listed below to leave you in JESUS NAME.
Thirdly you can do it yourself. Find a quite place to pray, as you pray call each of the underlisted spirits, say with all of your heart “You …(mention each spirit’s name), I renounce you; I denounce you; I break any covenant made with you either by myself or my parents, I command you to get your hands off my life IN THE NAME OF JESUS.

After this renouncing and denouncing exercise, remain silent for some minutes. You may experience some reactions in your body; you may begin to cough, sneeze, gasp, open mouth wide, cry, scream, shake, fall down, stretch, foam, etc. do not fear; they are taking their leave off you. All these sighs happened in the ministry of Jesus and the apostles (Acts. 8:7, Mk. 1:26,3:11,etc). I have also seen much of them as we ministered to people. Co-operate with Jesus to drive them out. You can do this several times for yourself, your children or housemaids. You can begin to renounce and denounce these spirits as listed below: Let’s take this song :
